About Capacity:

We believe the arts are essential to a thriving society, and to the strength and vibrancy of every community. Capacity is the premier digital marketing consulting firm for arts and culture. Since 2008, we’ve worked with ambitious arts and cultural organizations to engage audiences, build community, and market smarter through close, personal partnerships. Our clients are our passion as much as our industry — we stand up for the organizations and people we serve and are committed to consulting each courageously. Each year, we also produce Boot Camp, the country’s leading digital marketing conference for the arts.

We’re bringing on a new group of Analysts to help power the foundation of our work and elevate the impact we deliver to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Analyst, you’ll get hands-on with live campaigns for organizations that are shaping arts and culture. No busywork on the sidelines. Instead you’ll:

Help build and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit

Turn campaign data into insights that shape what your team does next

Sit in on client meetings and start building real relationships with the people you work for

Learn the craft from teammates who genuinely want to see you grow

Take ownership of the details — scheduling, work orders, reporting — that keep campaigns running smoothly

As you settle in, you’ll have room to go deeper: becoming your team’s go-to expert on a platform, joining a company committee, or contributing to our podcast and blog.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level role, so we’ll teach you everything you need to know. We’re most excited about candidates who bring the readiness to learn and the qualities that make great collaborators, such as:

Demonstrated interest in the organizations we serve (This can look like many things; there is no one size fits all interest)

Organizational and time management skills

Strong and proactive written and verbal communication

Demonstrated judgement in knowing when to seek guidance and when to independently problem-solve

Openness to learning new things (particularly technical skills)

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $54,000.

Benefits

Beyond joining a team of curious, creative people who care deeply about the future of the arts, you’ll enjoy a benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance, including:

A flexible holiday swap so you can honor the days that matter most to you

Minimum of 6 weeks fully paid, gender-neutral parental leave
