ECOMMERCE MARKETING INTERN

For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for an Ecommerce Marketing Intern. This is a hybrid position and is in office Monday through Wednesday and remote Thursday through Friday.

 

Summary

 

The Ecommerce Marketing Intern’s role is to assist the Strategic Marketing Team with management of our Amazon and 3P marketplaces, updating and maintaining our product listings on various e-commerce platforms.  This role will also be responsible for monitoring IQAir’s account metrics and reviewing customer feedback.

Responsibilities

 

• Perform regular quality assurance checks on IQAir’s Amazon and 3P marketplaces, including monitoring inventory, buy box status, account metrics and reviews.
• Monitor third party seller activity and take appropriate action as directed.
• Update product listings with new content and pricing information, updating A+ content for 3P marketplaces.
• Preparing and presenting sales and website analysis report on ecommerce and digital channels (i.e. website, TV, radio, social media, influencers, email, etc.)
• Conduct keyword harvesting and optimization to improve product visibility and search ranking.

Qualifications

• College senior or graduate working on or holding a Degree in Business or Marketing
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Google AdWords and Google Analytics preferred
• Basic understanding of marketing calculations and formulas
• Proficiency with MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
• Knowledge of Wrike a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and background screen
