CRM/ERP Administrator

For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for a CRM/ERP Administrator.
Summary
This position is responsible for Enterprise system operations management at IQAir North America, Inc. (IQAir). This position acts as IQAir’s ERP/CRM Administrator and is tasked with enabling the IQAir team to achieve maximum productivity. Develops and implements cutting-edge and high-performance strategies, technology, project management, quality assurance processes, and policies and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities
- Top level responsibility for ERP, CRM, WMS,and other business systems
- Ensure operational processes support IQAir’s vision – specifically development and maintenance of infrastructure in regards to policies & procedures, reporting, information flow and organizational planning
- Increase the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of departments and team members through improvements to ERP, CRM and other business operational systems.
- Support all teams via software programming, training, coaching and continuing development
- Apply Scrum Project Management Methodology to manage and complete operations projects
- Provide training, administrative and operational support for all operational tools
- Some travel may be required
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in written form
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, IT, Operations or related field
- Advanced ERP/CRM experience required; Dynamics 365 and BC preferred
- Minimum 5 years of technical operations experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
- Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
Other Requirements
May be required to attend and participate in professional development activities both in and outside the company to stay abreast of new developments and best practices
What IQAir offers
At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is between $90,000 - $115,000 annually and most new hires start at $90,000. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
