Project Manager/Scrum Master

For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
Summary
The Project Manager/Scrum Master oversees the planning, reporting, implementation, maintaining policies and procedures, tracking of projects and project related tasks, and analyzes/reports on project progress. The Project Manager/Scrum Master for the PMO also has a multi-disciplinary role and handles vendor and subcontractor management and internal training. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership for task management and projects from ideas to proposal stage through completion including managing project financials, handling day-to-day issues, conducting project meetings and managing customer retention activities
- Ensures that projects and related tasks meet the schedule, budget, quality standards, and are managed with department and IQAir standard operating procedures
- Develop custom solutions to support Marketing Team, Solutions Team, Foundation and other teams throughout IQAir, with CEO approval as needed
- Write and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports, bills, invoices and presentations
- Facilitate meetings when necessary, contributing to planning & decision making
- Coordinate project resources and liaise with project stakeholders to collect and communicate project details
- Manage the budget for small projects, or components of larger projects under the general direction of the CEO
- Manage projects and sales activity in the OMS/CRM system, order management, fulfillment, invoicing and case management
- Participate in creation and refinement of department and policies and procedures
- Makes recommendations for development and improvement of IQAir resources and tools
- Travel up to 10%, determined on a project by project basis within North America
- Other projects as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in written form
- 2+ years of Project Management experience with sound technical skills
- Experienced in all project methodologies, including Agile/Scrum methodology for project management, Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP certification preferred
- 2+ years ERP/CRM experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and Skype)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screens
What IQAir offers
At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The pay range for this position is between $95,000 - $110,000 per year and most new hires start at $95,000. Your salary will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
