ABM Marketing Manager/Sales

Summary
The ABM Marketing Manager/Sales plays a key role in driving growth and engagement across our commercial verticals. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot to design dashboards, automate, and analyze workflows that drive qualified leads, customer engagement, and measurable revenue growth. This position establishes the operational rhythm of the sales organization and turns Marketing and Sales data into actionable insights. You will own the HubSpot Marketing and Sales governance, forecasting cadence, pipeline integrity, and cross-functional lead processes so the team can improve decision quality and sales productivity.

Responsibilities
- Track and analyze sales activity and customer traffic; prepare reports and insights for executive review, calling out root causes, risks, and mitigation plans
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards, properties, workflows, stage definitions, and validation rules to enforce process discipline and ensure trustworthy pipeline/forecast data
- Own the forecasting and pipeline review cadence (weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly): definitions, templates, rollups by segment/region/rep, and variance analysis
- Map and continuously improve sales processes (prospecting → qualification → opportunity → close), including stage exit criteria and playbook alignment
- Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial verticals to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Work with marketing to optimize ABM workflows and nurture sequences using automation tools
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align messaging and ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign analytics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate on creation of content and collateral (emails, landing pages, case studies, ads) tailored for vertical-specific audiences.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure sales activities adhere to corporate identity and compliance standards.
- Stay current with sales trends, B2B strategies, and automation best practices to continuously enhance performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field is required
- 4–6+ years in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations supporting B2B sales teams
- Demonstrable HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub administration and reporting experience (dashboards, properties, workflows, permissions)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic improvements.
- Marketing experience or experience working with marketing teams preferred
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management fundamentals; able to run a disciplined monthly cadence
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
Other Requirements
25%-35% is required. May be required to attend and participate in professional development activities both in and outside the company to stay abreast of new developments and best practices.
What IQAir offers
At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 and most new hires start at $110,000.
