Position Overview:

EverPass Media is seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization led by industry veterans and contribute to the company's growth and success.


As the Associate Product Marketing Manager at EverPass Media, you will report to the Marketing Director and play a vital role in supporting our product marketing initiatives for our sports media content. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively position our products, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth. We are looking for a determined self-starter who is a creative problem solver, deals with complex challenges and ambiguity effectively, and will contribute to the strong team culture we are building at EverPass Media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning:  Assist in defining and communicating the unique value proposition of our content distribution solutions to both internal teams and external stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge of the sports and content media landscape.
  • Marketing Strategy:  Collaborate on developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Seek and test new media and partnership opportunities for relevant consumer audiences.
  • Collateral Development:  Support the creation of compelling marketing collateral and materials to support product promotion, including sales materials, partner kits, and presentations.
  • Campaign Management:  Contribute to the planning and lead execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, optimizing for reach, engagement, and ROI, with a keen analytical eye.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:  Foster strong relationships with content partners and key stakeholders, gathering insights and incorporating feedback into marketing strategies.
  • Project Support: Manage ongoing initiatives, ensuring accountability, adherence to timelines, and budget constraints.  Own campaign & line of business budgets and forecasting on monthly basis.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset and passion for the sports and content media landscape
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute to innovative marketing strategies and solutions
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong business & financial acumen, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal right to work in the United States

Expected Compensation:  

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 anticipated base salary range

In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, when determining the salary level for potential new employees.  EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
