Essence of the Role

PHIflow is looking to hire an Operations Analyst to play an integral role that will support the company’s daily operations, upcoming product launch and growth as a company. This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

The Operations Analyst role is critical to the smooth functioning of our business and product development. For the right individual, this role will serve as an unparalleled opportunity to learn firsthand the underlying foundations of startup culture, business operations and the launch of an innovative new product. Responsibilities will span across many business, industry and technology domains of the firm, including:

Business: Operations, Business Development, Customer Service

Industry: Healthcare Strategy, Digital Health, Compliance

Technology: Product Development, Product Launch, User Testing (don’t worry – we will train you!)

Responsibilities

Business:

·Assist with customer onboarding and customer service

·Help develop customer training material

·Assist Business Development team with customer relationship management

Industry:

·Research healthcare company profiles

·Read and analyze various components of customer contracts

Technology:

·Assist development and product team with QA (Quality Assurance) efforts

·Perform user testing of Product (pre and post launch!)

Experience

This role is best suited for someone early in their career. Most likely, the right candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant business, industry or technology experience. For recent or upcoming college graduates, relevant and/or reputable internship experience will be acceptable. However, while experience is a plus, no particular type of experience is a hard prerequisite as the right candidate will be someone who can quickly learn to do things they have never done before. Successful completion of undergraduate studies is required.
