LiFT Network Relationship Manager

 

Nationwide, hundreds of nonprofits share our vision to eliminate Cancer-Related Financial Toxicity (CRFT). Family Reach created the LiFT Network to unite these nonprofits in our collaborative fight against CRFT and expand support for families nationwide. Network members collaborate in an online community powered and managed by Family Reach. The LiFT Network allows members to leverage the efficient and effective financial tools & resources developed by Family Reach over the past two decades. Together, we are stronger.

 

The LiFT Network is seeking an innovative and highly motivated person able to adapt in a fast changing, ever challenging work environment to help deliver LiFT Benefits and Services. Reporting to the LiFT Director, the Relationship Manager (RM) is a full-time, exempt position responsible for LiFT Member Account Management. The RM will be responsible for stewarding relationships with all LiFT Members and will act as the key Family Reach point person with these partners. This position will coordinate the efforts of all FR Departments (Programs, Operations, IT, and Marketing) in order to deliver each individual Member’s services.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

Account and Relationship Management:

·       Maintains the organization’s existing relationships with all Network Members

·       Communicate and coordinate the tasks and activities of all Family Reach departments in fulfilling annual contract obligations with each Network Member

·       Manage the completion and distribution of all required impact documents & communications for each Member

·       Create and execute a communication timeline with each Member

·       Manage all tasks related to the communication schedule (create agendas, produce and distribute notes, assign and monitor follow up assignments, etc.)

·       Manage and communicate Network Member issues to Family Reach staff as appropriate. Identify and facilitate solutions when needed.

·       Maintain the member management databases and folders (Dropbox and Salesforce)

·       Collaborate with the LiFT Project Manager to support onboarding of new members

·       Support the negotiation & signing of an annual partnership contract for each Member

·       Work with Director in ensuring the LiFT Network achieves its revenue goals for Network member retention, fees and membership dues

 

LiFT Network Online Community:

·       Serve as primary community manager for the LiFT Network online community

·       In partnership with the LiFT Network Project Manager and the Marketing team, execute content calendar in the community

·       Serve as online community moderator, ensuring conversation and engagement among members

·       Engage in ongoing dialogue with Network members about the community, soliciting feedback and managing requests

·       In partnership with Project Manager and LiFT Network Director, develop and execute LiFT Network Online Community strategy

 

Position Requirements:

·       2-5 years experience with account or relationship management

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal staff and external partners

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required

·       Nonprofit experience in the cancer space preferred
