We will cultivate your education and training to promote professional development to allow you to take on more challenging projects and roles in the organization. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the research process in this job, and every day will be different. You will participate in testing and managing online surveys, monitoring survey data collection, developing reports, serving as a liaison to other departments and subcontractors, and assisting with focus groups and qualitative analysis. Gradually you will take on more responsibility and increasing ownership of your projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS/BA degree from an accredited 4-year university
- Mid-level proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- 2+ years of experience working in market research
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality and customer service driven
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, small business environment
- Experience with online survey programs, such as Qualtrics or Confirmit, is also a plus
- Must be local to Northern Virginia; hybrid work environment to facilitate learning and professional development
