Purpose of Position:
Irca Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Supply Chain to lead our North American Operations. The leader will partner with various stakeholder in our corporate offices, Manufacturing sites, and outside vendors to manage all operations. This is a hybrid role and our office is located in Duluth, GA.
Description of main Activities/responsibilities:
- Manage and provide guidance and leadership to direct reports
- Oversees the overall central Supply Chain function for IRCA NA.
- Meet our customers’ expectations (OTIF)

- Inventory management to minimize write-offs.
- Co-ordinate activities with our TPM’s
- Managing the S&OP process.
- Oversee the central Import / Export function.
- Ensure all monthly reporting is completed in a timely & accurate manner.
- Review of upcoming opportunities to ensure we are ready to be successful (capacity planning, etc.) and/or develop strategies / actions to overcome any risks.
Professional and Personal skills
- Develops proactive strategic inventory and planning (capacity) vision for IRCA NA
- Works with sites to develop safety stock, minimum order quantities, optimal production quantities for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Co-ordinates with sites to monitor slow moving and obsolete inventory and develop a plan to deal with accordingly.
- Develop, monitor, and publish department and IRCA NA KPI's and set goals for improvement.
- Drive best practices for inventory management and reporting. Responsible to ensure appropriate control mechanisms are in place and achieve exceptional levels of inventory accuracy, material availability, and service goals.
- Managing the S&Op process ensuring that we are continually improving to become world class.
- Develops & co-ordinates activities with TPM’s (Third Part Manufacturers)
- Oversees the Import / Export function from a Supply chain Perspective.
- Maintain cross-training program to assure highly qualified backups for every function.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence throughout the Supply Chain organization including development, management & supervision of key cost saving initiatives
- Must be a proactive change agent and possess leadership skills to build and maintain a team-oriented environment.
- Must have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff and to interact with various departments throughout the organization.
- Must be a strong communicator and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to work on multiple priorities at once.

Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field.
- Knowledge of computerized integrated information systems (manufacturing, materials management, production planning, procurement, and distribution) and a strong understanding of manufacturing material flow in a plant.
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- May be required to travel domestically to various sites up to 10% annually.
