We are looking for an HR Generalist to champion HR best practices in our rapid growth environment.


What you will do:
  • Be the go-to person for all questions relating to benefits, payroll, perks, and policies
  • Administer company policies, plans, and practices for our global team
  • Manage the pre-employment and post offer process for all new hires; composing and sending offer letter/new hire paperwork, background check/reference verification, and following up on results
  • Organize and maintain employee files and records, to meet compliance and legal requirements
  • Responsible for data accuracy including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, reporting changes, salary and title changes
  • Work closely with third party Payroll/Benefits systems TriNet to ensure accuracy of employee data
  • Ensure all associate pay data is accurate and correct for each payroll for US and Canada
  • Execute on associate life-cycle matters, HR processes and data management, HR reporting, (i.e. headcount management, promotional cycles, and HR special projects)
  • Support our leadership team by providing assistance with communication, practices, and policy interpretation


Your experience:
  • 5-7 years of direct HR/People experience in a hyper-growth environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or related experience
  • Experience with HR and recruiting software systems; TriNet a plus**
  • An extreme eye for detail, with impeccable standards of accuracy and precision
  • High sensitivity to confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Mastery of multitasking
