Our mission at Impossible Kicks is to be the #1 brick and mortar provider of the most desired sneakers and street wear that are unavailable to the general public. Every customer who enters our store will receive a unique and personalized experience providing them every opportunity to own a piece of the culture.

 

We are looking for a results driven retail Assistant Manager to assist in the overall management of the store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management, employee recruitment or sneaker reselling.

Major Qualifications: (include but are not limited to):



 

·        Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of a retail store to achieve targeted productivity, inventory control, sales and profitability

·        Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and all other components of customer service

·        Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information

·        Demonstrates salesmanship skills by maintaining sales productivity levels

·        Recruiting, training and evaluation of store personnel

·        Monitors deliveries of product movement within the store to ensure effective inventory and merchandise management

 

Requirements



 

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Ability to read, write, and understand English required

·        1- 3 years retail experience

·        1- 3 years management experience

·        Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

·        Must be available to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
