The McCarton Foundation is a non-profit organization on a mission to bring exceptional treatment and services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We believe in the ability that exists within every child who has developmental disabilities, and that all children deserve the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our new Bronx Center is an Early Intervention agency providing center-based and home-based services to babies aged 2-3 years old at no cost to families.
Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director of Personnel and Operations, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. The role will require calling leads, coordinating interviews and ensuring files are accurate.
Key Responsibilities
· Organize documents and files
· Contact leads and coordinate interviews
· Edit contact information in database
Desired Skills & Experience
· Previous Administrative experience
· Friendly phone demeanor
· Computer Savvy
· Adaptable in a startup environment
· Experience or interest in a Daycare, EI, Special Needs
· Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
