Our new Bronx Center is an Early Intervention agency providing center-based and home-based services to families at no cost.

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director of Personnel and Operations, the Recruiter at this startup EI agency will be responsible for sourcing talent including - special educators, Speech and Language therapists and liaising with Home Providers. The role will require seeking out the most qualified candidates that are also a good fit for our organization's mission and core values while ensuring compliance in mandated personnel practices and meeting city and state regulations for early intervention and child daycare services.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Post job announcements, Review and Contact applicants, coordinate interviews and collect required documentation.

·         Attend recruitment events at local universities, organizations and network with professionals

·         Utilize CRM database, Salesforce, for contacting leads

·         Prepare new hires for joining our team including training, preparing offer letters and ensuring documentation of personnel records meet compliance standards.

·         Ensure compliance with governmental authorities in all operational practices and ensure personnel documentation is accessible and compliant with state regulations.

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Previous Human Resources or Recruitment experience

·         Experience or interest in a Daycare, EI, Special Needs

·         Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM

·         Motivated to excel and grow within the organization

·         Adaptable in a fast-faced environment

·         Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
