Position
Financial Analyst role in Downtown Fort Worth, TX with a start date of July 1, 2018
Leadership and General Administration
- Leads by example, establishes trust and respect of colleagues, direct reports, staff, investors and owners.
Deal Origination
- Expert on all components of Coltala's deal acquisition flow process
Assists in screening and evaluating acquisition prospects - Thoroughly conducts research in data bases (Cap IQ, Thompsons, Reuters) and develops "books" on industries, markets, competitors, including relevant analyses, as requested
- Builds acquisition financial models and pre-models, an all supporting analytics, including valuations
- Monitors industry trends in Coltala's three sectors: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Branded Products
- Participates in and provides analytical support during the acquisition due diligence process
- Participates in and supports post-closing documentation requirements
Investment Management
- Participates in and supports the drafting of bank books, investment memorandums and investment presentations
- Supports the Executive Vice President in the preparation of documents for annual investor meetings, quarterly board meetings and investment committee meetings
- Attends investment committee meetings
Strategic Platforms
- Provides analytics for strategic platform companies, as required
Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA and/or CFA preferred
