CyberQP is a rapidly growing venture backed Software as a Service (SAAS) provider of Helpdesk Security Automation and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for the Managed IT Services (MSP) industry. MSPs in 13 countries depend on Quickpass to deliver its critical solutions. Quickpass offers two products: Q Desk and Q Guard. Q Desk empowers help desks by minimizing costly password reset tickets, providing technicians with tools to resolve tickets faster and eliminating social engineering attacks. Meanwhile, Q Guard proactively secures MSP sensitive privileged accounts from both external and internal threats and saves time and money with automation. CyberQP HQ is located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the Product Marketing Manager at CyberQP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product marketing strategies. You will work collaboratively across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass researching market trends, defining product and feature value propositions, and educating internal teams on these key messages. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the technology industry. This is a remote position based in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Product and Feature Value Proposition:
- Define compelling value propositions for new products and features, highlighting their unique selling points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring everyone is informed and working towards common goals.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products, features, and updates.
- Create persuasive marketing content, including sales collateral, product guides, and presentations.
- Present for digital campaigns such as webinars and in-person campaigns such as trade shows.
- Team Education:
- Educate internal teams on product and feature value propositions, enabling them to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Provide training sessions and resources to enhance team knowledge and confidence in conveying key messages.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales and marketing, preferably in cybersecurity and selling to MSPs.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating effectively with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions for decision-making.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with technology products, services, and industry trends.
