Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Business Development Director to help establish and manage strategic partnerships with ISVs, Application developers, Game developers and Cloud players.  This position will also help design and implement repeatable processes that will enable MobiledgeX to onboard Developers rapidly.

Successful candidates will have extensive experience with Cloud companies, preferably globally, as well as experience with setting up and managing relationships with suppliers and customers. 

  

What you will do:

  • Establish, implement and manage strategic long-term partnerships and alliances with Cloud Developers globally.

  • Manage and nurture Customer relationships across their entire operational lifecycle.

  • Track the Cloud Developers long-term business objectives and anticipate future needs to be able to formulate further development strategies for the Developer Community as a whole.

  • Create and negotiate partnership agreements for MobiledgeX and Developers. 

  • Provide presentations, discussions and demos of products and business concepts and gather business intelligence that will influence the product roadmap and help MobiledgeX achieve product market fit as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Proactively engage others and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues cross-functionally across Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Client Delivery and Call Support as well as to senior management.

  • Design repeatable processes with Cloud Developers including establishing standard agreements and presentations that can be used by other MobiledgeX Business Development colleagues. 

  • Initially you will be hands on in managing relationships and eventually will build a high-performing Business Development team.  


What you need:

  • B.A. degree in Business or Computer Science required. 10+ years of Business Development and/or Technical Sales management experience, with a strong understanding of the Cloud Developer landscape, business setup and challenges.  

  • Experience in  AR and AI preferred.

  • Proven track record of technical sales and partnerships experience.

  • Ability to influence with strong interpersonal skills.  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and demonstrate passion for the MobiledgeX business proposition. 

  • Ability to travel 40% of the time.
