This is not an ordinary recruiting role, but an exciting opportunity to play a role in building a company! As the first dedicated recruiter at MobiledgeX, you will partner closely with the business to understand what talent is needed & to assess the soft skills necessary to be successful within our company. You don’t mind jumping in with both feet and doing what it takes to ensure the candidate experience is good and the right talent is hired at the right time. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn and gets excited to take on challenges.
What you will do:
Full life-cycle recruiting
Ability to recruit across all areas of the company
Partner with Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics
Identify, engage and secure top candidates (both passive and active)
Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
Initially, you will coordinate interviews and move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.
Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.
What you need:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
1+ year in-house recruiting experience in the US.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
