Who we are looking for:
We are looking for experienced marketers who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of delivering results in an external facing software/technology marketing role.
The right candidate will be able to think strategically, work with partners, vendors, customers, developers, business development, engineering, and product teams to help execute campaigns and events that promote MobiledgeX and partner solutions, and accelerate the adoption of the MobiledgeX platform.
What you will be doing:
Develop channel marketing programs for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
Supervise marketing team to plan and conduct campaigns, trade shows and other promotional events.
Manage sales contracts and agreements with channel customers.
Ensure that customers are up-to-date with new products and enhancements.
Address sales related issues and conflicts in timely manner.
Evaluate existing marketing programs and recommend changes for improvements.
Develop profitable marketing plan based on industry trends and competitor activities.
Work with team in executing marketing plan to support product positioning and branding initiatives.
Maintain marketing collateral such as whitepapers and case studies.
Maintain templates for sales proposals, whitepapers and reports.
Stay current on market trends, industry standards and competitors.
Inform management on potential competitive threats and propose corrective actions.
Perform business reviews and provide improvements.
Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget.
Provide excellent customer services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Ensure channel partners are trained and have all the necessary materials to successfully market and sell
Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales tools for channel partners, including partner program components, toolkits, product demos, marketing collateral, webinars, and training support materials
Develop tradeshow/roadshow co-marketing opportunities with key partners
Develop new product/version launch strategies and execute the launch across the channel
Work actively with channel partners to ensure Market Development Funds (MDF) are used effectively to drive awareness and sales
Adapt corporate marketing materials and sales tools for the channel partners, including presentations, signage, collateral, and promotional items
What you need:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
At least 5 years of channel marketing experience in a business-to-business (B2B) technology company
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
A degree in marketing, a related technical field or equivalent work experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain consensus, influence organizational behavior and build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organization and across departments and geographies
Strong project management skills, and ability to intelligently set priorities and work without direct supervision
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
Willingness to travel, as needed, up to 50%
