We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our world-class team. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work successfully in both the pre and post sales environment. As our enterprise customer base continues to grow, technical conversations and demos have become a critical part of the pre-sales process. In addition to pre-sales engagements, we are looking for someone who can also develop and engage a select set of customers with a predictable onboarding process. The goal: to ensure customers deploy correctly and have all the tools they require to expand their footprint.

  • Become an expert in the Automox platform and related technologies

  • Responsible for providing timely responses to customer RFP’s and RFI’s

  • Provide direct product and technical support throughout the duration of the sales cycle

  • Develop and own the execution of the Automox pilot and POC process.

  • Train and mentor customers and key partners on how to implement and best utilize the Automox solution

  • Partner with Product Marketing to identify and create value-added sales tools

  • Effectively position and differentiate the Automox solution against key competitive offerings.

  • Responsible for representing the Automox product as well as company values and brand at various field events such as webinars, conferences, and tradeshows.

  • Establish a quantitative customer feedback channel that delivers enhancement and feature requests into product management and engineering

  • Deliver pre-sales product demos and technical presentations with key accounts

  • Develop a technical onboarding methodology (series of meetings) that ensures key customer get set up quickly and efficiently within the Automox platform.

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our competitors and competitive landscape products in the context of positioning Automox’s product offering and services the best possible way


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and/or 3-5 years of equivalent in sales engineering

  • Demonstrated experience in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers

  • Extraordinary communicator - you are concise, articulate, and able to get to the heart of the matter

  • Innately Curious - you seek to understand the what, why, and how of our business
