We're seeking a strong Recruiter who will support the establishment of a world-class, innovative candidate experience. The position is highly visible and critical to our growing organization. Our ideal hire will help promote a positive image inside and outside of the organization, effectively partner with hiring managers, build a network of candidates, and develop creative cost-effective talent acquisition strategies. This position will be based in our Downtown Boulder office.


  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure we are executing on our hiring plan and building world-class teams within each department.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams and reporting recruiting funnel metrics to senior management.

  • Interview hiring managers to identify the requirements for successful candidates.

  • Coordinate the execution of job descriptions.

  • Benchmark salaries for proposed positions providing local percentile benchmarks.

  • Manage the full interview schedule for all candidates.

  • Schedule new employee onboarding meetings by cohort.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement a Candidate Tracking System.

  • Keep abreast of Automox’s profile on GlassDoor and other company ranking sites.

  • Deploy and maintain Automox job descriptions across key job boards and social sites.

  • Establish a memorable and frictionless candidate experience that builds our brand as an employer of choice.

  • Creatively activate our employees and leaders as an extension of Talent Acquisition in the continual search for talent.


  • 2-5 years recruiting experience in emerging, high growth, technical companies.

  • Experience recruiting across all departments.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to enthusiastically tell Automox’s story and value proposition.

  • Talent sourcing skills, including social media, and internet sourcing techniques with active profiles on social media channels.

  • Experience tracking your progress to goals, maintaining hiring metrics, and regularly communicating activity and results to managers and Executive Leadership.

  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.

  • A mix of corporate and agency background is desirable.
