What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative for our Anaheim, California office.
Our clients are contractors or end users supporting a wide range of industries including water / wastewater, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, mining, aerospace, and more. We offer a number of products and services to these industries such as:
- PLC / HMI
- SCADA / Integration Software
- Thermal & Process Instrumentation
- Custom UL Control Panels
- Industrial Field Services
In this role, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our customer base by sourcing new sales opportunities, providing sales quotations and high-level pre-sales support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead management & prospecting of new clients.
- Project management admin tasks.
- Outside Business Development support.
- Prepare quotations for products and/or services.
- Assist with customer communication across different departments.
- Manage, maintain, and document activities & opportunities in CRM system.
- Educate customers on GTH products & services.
- Other duties as needed.
