What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a focus on industrial heaters, sensors, and controllers for our Anaheim, California office.
Our clients are contractors or end users supporting a wide range of industries including water / wastewater, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, mining, aerospace, and more. We offer a number of products and services to these industries such as:
- Thermal & Process Instrumentation
- SCADA / Integration Software
- PLC / HMI
- Custom UL Control Panels
- Industrial Field Services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead management & prospecting of new clients

- Manage CRM with Customer Marketing Manager
- Develop leads process and workflow
- Develop and implement prospecting plan to grow over-the-counter sales
- Educate customers on GTH products & services
- Manage the full sales cycle for over-the-counter sales, including handling inquiries, processing sales orders, conducting follow-ups, and measuring customer satisfaction and success.
- Provide high-level technical support for over-the-counter sales, focusing on relationship building and tailored solutions based on customers specifications and requirements

- Focus on building repeat customer relationships
- Present tailored solutions based on customer specifications and technical requirements
- Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate components for their applications, leveraging technical expertise
- Collaborate with other sales teams to refer prospects for other solutions GTH provides in addition to over-the-counter sales
- Other duties as needed
