What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Sales and Fulfillment Representative.
Our clients are contractors or end users supporting a wide range of industries including water / wastewater, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, mining, aerospace, and more. We offer a number of products and services to these industries such as:
- PLC / HMI
- SCADA / Integration Software
- Thermal & Process Instrumentation
- Custom UL Control Panels
- Industrial Field Services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead management and client prospecting:
- Assist in developing and implementing a sales plan to grow over-the-counter sales in Nevada.
Manage the full sales cycle for over-the-counter sales:
- Handle inquiries, process orders, conduct follow-ups, and measure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations for products and services.
- Maintain and document activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on GTH products and services.
- Support outside business development efforts as needed.
- Facilitate customer communication across multiple departments.
Warehouse and logistics support:
- Inbound product receiving:
- Verify shipments against vendor packing lists.
- Inspect shipment conditions and confirm product counts. (Support/backup as needed.)’
- Material distribution and inventory management:
- Stock inbound materials in the warehouse or allocate to projects/production orders.
- Notify staff of specific item arrivals as needed.
- Update project BOMs promptly upon receipt of materials.
- Shipment and order fulfillment:
- Monitor incoming shipments throughout the workday (support/backup as needed).
- Manage workflow to ensure shipments meet required deadlines.
- Prepare will-call orders and coordinate customer pick-ups with Operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
