Outbound Call Center Representative
Interact by phone with outside parties to conduct follow up for legal paperwork for serious medical injuries.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver prepared scripts to persuade client to sign a legal document
-Respond to client's questions with empathy and compassion
-Identify and overcome objections
-Take the client through the contract process
-Maintain client and potential client data bases
-Follow up on initial contacts
-Complete records of telephonic interactions
-Education and Experience:
-Legal/Medical/Pharmaceutical background is a plus
-Maintain confidentiality
-Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
-Excellent typing skills
-Organized and ability to follow up
-Proven track record in sales
