Countryside Montessori Charter School seeks motivated, engaging, and dedicated individuals to join our team.

As a Montessori school, we are looking for individuals who will fulfill our mission of providing a strong Montessori foundation in a safe, diverse, and collaborative community.

The right candidate should have strong classroom management skills, leadership qualities, demonstrate initiative and organization, possess great written and verbal communication skills, and have experience teaching elementary school students. Montessori experience is preferred. Florida state certification and/or the ability to become state certified is a must.

Job type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Required education:

• Bachelor's degree, minimum

• Master’s degree, preferred

Required license or certification:

• Florida State Teaching Certification in Elementary Education, required or eligible to obtain

• Montessori Teaching Credential, preferred (but not required)

Salary: $47,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
