How you will contribute

·       Developing an Employer Branding strategy promoting our company's reputation and expanding our visibility locally, nationally and internationally.

·       Assisting organizational leaders with workforce planning and recruiting efforts

·       Managing our social media recruiting presence to maximize the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts

·       Creating formal outreach programs with colleges, universities and trade schools

·       Actively sourcing and recruiting candidates using social media, job fairs, campus-based recruitment, employee referrals, and partnerships with recruiting agencies.

·       Preparing recruitment materials and position postings to appropriate job boards/media sites professional organizations/colleges etc.


Other duties and responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain our Talent Acquisition practices in alignment with our overall organizational strategy.

·       Work with hiring managers, to clearly identify recruiting goals and priorities for open positions and placement of new employees.

 

·       Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.

·       Utilize a variety of channels to identify active and passive candidates, and develop pipelines for current and future vacancies, hard-to-fill roles, and high-volume roles.

·       Measure, analyze, and report on Talent Acquisition practices against established metrics.

·       Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compensation levels are competitive with appropriate markets.

·       Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners to help screen candidate resumes and job applications, conduct job interviews, manage hiring manager expectations, and hire new employees.

·       Manage all Talent Acquisition related administration, including Applicant Tracking System updates and workflows, collaborate with Human Resources team on the posting of jobs and any related external advertising, provide weekly updates to stakeholders; and collaborate with the rest of the Human Resources team in preparation for the onboarding of our new employees.

·       Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.

What you bring to the role

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field.

·       Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition with increasing responsibilities

 

Qualifications:

·       Experience in the Life Sciences industry is preferred but not required.

·       Excellent communication, writing and relationship-building skills.

·       Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

·       Ability to successfully manage projects to conclusion.

  • Detail oriented with demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities while successfully meeting deadlines.

·       Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

·       Strong knowledge of current employment laws.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

What else do you need to know

Location:  Hybrid – coming into our facilities based on business need

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some flexibility required based on business need

Travel: Minimal- based on the needs of the business

FLSA: Exempt
Compensation:
  $120,000 - $130,000/year + bonus
