Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Acts as personal assistant to one of our Executive team members
· Performs usual administrative duties such as typing, filing, scheduling, calendar management, faxing, expense reporting, arranging meetings, travel, etc.
· Answers and appropriately routes inbound phone calls, greets all guests and visitors and ensures they sign in and out
· Maintains inventory of general office supplies. Anticipates office needs, place and expedite orders when necessary.
· Assists with planning and organizing all companywide events and meetings
· Trains to scribe for FDA audit
· Arranges travel schedules and reservations
· Maintains organization and cleanliness of common areas of the office including the conference rooms, break rooms, and supplies room
· Assists in preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, and presentations
· Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity of documents, information, and interactions
· Runs company errands as required
· Collects, analyzes and summarizes information as needed
· Researches a variety of issues and work on special projects

Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3.0 GPA
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Willingness to learn new skills
· Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook a plus
