Flagship Fire, Inc. is seeking a Special Hazards/Explosion Protection End User Sales Representative to join our team!


The primary function of this position is to identify, promote, sell and grow sales for existing and new end users in the State of Florida. This includes selling inspections, service work, and new systems to existing and new customers. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to increase our market share and be rewarded in kind.
 

This position will require an extensive amount of time out of the office all over the state of Florida (Tallahassee and East) visiting existing and potential customers. Compensation will be base plus (+) commissions. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospect and contact potential customers and foster existing customer relationships with Building Engineers, Facility Services, Safety Managers, Property Managers and IT Professionals
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Analyze, assess, address and resolve customer needs, inquiries, and complaints
  • Develop a sales plan based on customer type
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Be able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience in Special Hazards (FM200, NOVEC, Inert Gas, HP, and LP CO2, Gas Detection, VESDA, Linear Heat Cable) is preferred BUT NOT a requirement
  • Familiarity with blueprints, understanding current NFPA 72, 2001, 75, 76, 10,17 and applicable standards and codes is preferred BUT NOT a requirement
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Able to pass company and state background and drug screenings
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Computer and Mobile Software Literate - Windows and Android Applications
