Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Construction permitting/ renew permitting, filing necessary paperwork online along with phone verification on the information needed for permitting.

  • File the Notice of commencement (NOC)
  • File Notice to Owner
  • Submittal packages
  • Closeout packages
  • Pick up drawings and answer the phones
  • Schedule inspections with the local authorities

Specific qualifications include (but are not limited to):

  • Permitting experience recommended. But not required.

Qualifications Required:

  • English Speaking
