·        Title: Warehouse Supervisor

 

·        Hours: Full time 1st shift, 8:00am-5:00 M-F

Responsibility:

Responsible for the efficient operation of the Outbound/Inbound team.

Provide work instructions and training to team members

Overlook and measure the performance of team members 

Provide report for management

Accountable Productivity, Quality, and Safety

Establish warehouse roles and responsibilities to ensure that all work is consistently performed and completed

Address complaints and resolves problems

Ensure that the warehouse area is maintained in a safe and hazard free condition by adhering to written policies and procedures and following good workmanship practices

Make sure warehouse has all tools, equipment and materials to complete day to day task.

Requirement:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum 3 years of management/warehouse operations experience

Demonstrate ability to train, supervise and motivate team members

Hold high expectations and hold others accountable for results

Work with warehouse management system (WMS)

Basic computer skills to include email, data entry using Microsoft Excel and/or Word and typing at approximately 30 wpm

English and Spanish or Korean  bi-lingual preferred
