Job Summary:

HRSoft is looking for an ambitious, empathetic and experienced HR professional to join our team in Denver, Colorado!  Working closely with a small internal operations team and in strong partnership with other people-leaders in the business, the Senior HR Generalist will support rapidly-growing teams and drive continuous improvement for the culture and people of the organization. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages and directs all HR tasks for HRSoft, including building, refining and managing various people-programs, processes and policies 

  • Maintain a high level of expertise in best practice and compliance with local, state, federal human resources policies, programs, laws, and employment issues

  • Collaborates with leadership to understand HRSoft’s long-term goals, and identifies ways to support these goals through an outstanding culture and talent management

  • Work with hiring managers to draft and implement staffing plans, recruitment practices and an exceptional onboarding experience 

  • Manage HRSoft’s recruiting efforts, including full lifecycle recruitment and employer brand initiatives

  • Develop career pathing and learning & development programs

  • Communicate changes in the company’s personnel policies and procedures and ensure that proper compliance is followed

  • Manage and resolve complex people relations issues

  • Maintain competitive compensation, benefit and employee incentive programs

  • Partner with functional managers to meet their operating and team goals

  • All other duties as assigned

Required Experience, Education, & Skills: 

  • 5+ years of HR experience that includes leadership, recruiting, talent development, HR compliance and administration, program management and retention

  • Deep knowledge of key human resources functions (e.g. compensation, compliance, operations, employee relations) and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the business

  • International HR Operations experience is strongly preferred, especially Canadian employment law and compliance

  • Knowledge of--and sensitivity to--the diverse backgrounds represented across the workforce

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and moderating skills--you are able to support staff and manage conflicts in a manner that respects both the employee(s) and the company

  • Demonstrated success owning projects from inception to completion, providing appropriate levels of communication throughout 

  • High sense of urgency, driven with ability to understand and prioritize initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to interact effectively at various levels in the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with a specialization in Human Resources, Personnel, Business Management, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

  • Current certification as PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP

  • An advanced HR degree

Location 

HRSoft’s offices are in a Hybrid environment with offices located in Maitland, FL and Denver, Colorado (RiNo).  For this position, you must be willing to work from our office in Denver, Colorado (RiNo) approximately 4 days per week.

 

Earnings:

Total compensation for this role ranges from $80,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience.
