About the Role:
At HRSoft, our Solutions Consultants work with prospective customers to solve some of their most difficult challenges in the HR space by demonstrating our world class innovative platform and easy-to-use solutions that simplify and streamline the world of compensation chaos.
In this role, you will:
Support the sales teams with solutions and industry knowledge through discoveries and product demonstrations
Be able to present the solution in a meaningful and concise way to the prospect working with the sales rep to address all pain points and convey the value of HRSoft solutions
Be able to effectively present through virtual demonstrations as well as potential travel for in-person demonstrations
Assist with RFP/RFI’s and related documentation to present the business in a competitive position
Complete thorough project scoping for prospects, including drafting of a Statement of Work in collaboration with the professional services team
Contribute knowledge on market trends, client trends, competitive intel, and risk management topics
Assist in knowledge transfer to and liaises with professional services teams for to develop solutions and strategies for successful deployment
3-4 years of B2B SaaS experience in Solutions Consultant, Operations, Implementation, and/or Sales
HCM Experience preferred with focus in Compensation and/or Finance
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills
Exceptional consultative skills
Impeccable interpersonal skills
Action-oriented and self-starter
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and/or certifications required
