HRSoft is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Maitland, Florida!

Candidates MUST be based in Florida and able to work from our Maitland office several days per week.

About the Role:

Our Full Stack Engineer will use a range of different technologies and languages to develop applications. This role will work primarily with other members of their engineering team to achieve our product vision through shaping, prototyping, developing, and releasing new features while taking architectural best practices into consideration.

What you’ll do:

• Be an active part of our software delivery cycle

• Work with Product and Design to craft efficient, performant, and a delightful UX

• Contribute to our full stack web application, crafted with Java, JavaScript, CMS

• Work with a product-focused team of engineers to build innovative customer experiences

• Write high quality and well tested code to meet our customers’ needs

• Take ownership and work collaboratively to solve problems

• Actively participate in development and maintenance of our low code platform including logs analysis, front as well as back end debugging and performance tuning

• Troubleshoot and traverse the tech stack comfortably

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of software development experience, preferably developing SaaS software

• 2+ years of experience with Java, SQL Server, JavaScript or related technologies

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong product instincts and ability to understand customers

• Ability to implement sustainable and flexible patterns that will help maintain an ever-evolving and growing product

• Passion for solving complex problems and drive to execute on the solutions
