Responsibilities
- Builds and execute email marketing campaigns, including creation, scheduling, and reporting
- Manages organic LinkedIn social media, supporting content development and performance tracking
- Develops marketing content such as guides, one-pagers, and other promotional assets
- Supports sales enablement by developing slide decks and sales materials
- Plans and executes tradeshow and event strategy, including coordination and logistics
- Develops and manages event-specific content (promotional materials, speaker content, follow-ups, etc.)
- Supports internal communications, including company newsletters and internal announcements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience
- Experience using marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, or similar to create and execute campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute small- to medium-scale events such as networking events, tradeshow sponsorships, speaking engagements, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Canva
- Occasional travel for tradeshows and events
Preferred
- Relevant work experience in B2B marketing, ideally in property tax or professional services
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
