Role Description
As a member of our client success team, you will serve as a liaison for the organization by fostering a strong understanding of our client’s business goals, building a solid relationship with both clients and internal partners, and growing TAG by expanding accounts where it best serves the client and TAG to do so.
Responsibilities

Provides full life cycle support to an assigned book of TAG clients within established service level agreements (SLA) to enable a positive client experience

Participates in onboarding of new clients

Facilitates collection and review of client data in alignment with relevant deadlines

Research questions and issues to ensure clear solutions are identified and communicated timely and holistically to the client and all relevant parties

Serves as the primary contact for client portal training and questions

Assists with renewal contract preparation

Escalates client related concerns to applicable Account Manager and leadership where appropriate

Partners with Account Managers on regular and proactive client conversations to ensure all relevant data is collated and can best be presented to address client needs

Develops and maintains a strong understanding of TAG products, services and business practices

Develops and demonstrates a solid understanding of assigned clients and the variety of needs which may vary with environment, industry, and infrastructure as well as various property types, locations and types of assets

Regularly follows standard operating procedures and TAG processes including use of relevant systems and technology

Maintains accurate and concise documentation at all phases of the client life cycle

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of client success experience
- Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to quickly build and sustain rapport with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to take on multiple tasks while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Internet navigation and research
- Experience tracking activity and opportunities in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
Preferred
- Relevant work within client success/account management, ideally in property tax or a tech enabled business
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Strong presentation software skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of operating with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to lead and motivate other team members
- Strong conflict management skills
- Enthusiasm for helping and educating others
- Experience hosting remote calls using various platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
