We’re looking for a veteran engineer to lead our development team to build on the emerging technologies of VR, AR, and beyond. As Lead Engineer, you’ll be both a manager and individual contributor of the software development effort for both our services and original projects. We’re looking for someone who’s a strong engineer, a great communicator, a great teammate, and a natural leader.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage team of engineers at the Subvrsive office
Coordinate with external development teams
Work with production team to build schedules and project plans
Manage and refine our development process
Conduct code and architecture reviews
Product development and technical R&D

7+ years in software development
Experience in a leadership role in a software development team
Experience working with game engines, AR/VR applications preferred
Experience with full stack web development
Mobile application development
DevOps setup and administration a plus
