SubVRsive is hiring an experienced Account Manager to service our existing clients and provide support for new sales opportunities—all with an emphasis on Augmented reality and Mixed reality experiences. We are looking for someone with experience creating and nurturing business relationships and managing the RFP process. This person will join SubVRsive’s team and will be assigned specific clients and/or target industries. This role will also have the opportunity to shape the processes and vision of the Account team.


  • Build and foster professional relationships with assigned and new clients

  • Become a trusted client partner that provides top-shelf service and solutions from the proposal stage and throughout the lifecycle of the project

  • Implement SubVRsive’s established process for winning and ramping up new projects, including:

  • Lead the development of strategy, concepts and other recommendations

  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Creative, Technology, Video etc.) to ensure the completion of proposal deliverables

  • Manage, write, assemble and finalize proposals

  • Facilitate scope and pricing discussions with internal teams as it relates to each proposal

  • Directly pitch ideas to clients when necessary

  • Manage several high-profile accounts

  • Lead brainstorm sessions both internally and externally for client projects

  • Perform outreach duties and lead generation to potential business partners and clients

  • Present SubVRsive’s capabilities with prospective clients


  • Experience working in sales environment with performance goals

  • Sales or Marketing background in Interactive/Digital Media on agency side

  • Interest in and understanding of the latest technology related to 3D, AR and/or VR

  • Proven track record of creating, maintaining and enhancing key relationships and networking

  • History and demonstrated success establishing, expanding and closing service engagements of varying complexity and size

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to command a room

  • Strategic mind but willing to “get hands dirty”

  • Creative, motivated, self-starter with strong organization, time management and prioritization skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (with particular emphasis on Project and Excel), with strong understanding and experience with PowerPoint and Keynote; Asana and HubSpot knowledge preferred but not required.

  • Existing contacts and past experience in the following industries is a plus: Retail/CPG, entertainment, travel, automotive, toy and/or global brands, and HR/Corporate training.

  • Master’s Degree (MBA) is preferred but not required
