Our Values

● Accountability: We don’t have an org chart. Instead, we distribute authority through a management approach called holacracy. Each employee has the power to take a leadership role, make meaningful decisions, and affect change.

● Transparency: In good times and bad, we’re open and honest with each other and with our clients. Instead of private emails, we use public Slack channels for all communications (for ourselves and for client work).

● Passion: We’re a group of talented individuals with strong opinions, and we don’t always agree. It’s important that we engage in passionate yet respectful debates with our eyes on the greater good.

● Excellence: We want to be the best of the best. Not because that’s what clients want but because it’s a part of who we are. Though we’re all works in progress, we’re always asking ourselves, “how could we do this better?”

● Balance: We strive to create an environment where each of us can be our best selves, both at work and at home. We jealously protect our time, only billing client work 28 hours a week so we can do great work without burning the candle at both ends.
