Location


ZoomGrants headquarters is located in Denver, Colorado, although the following position can be remote (if located within the United States).  Limited travel may be required for conferences, team meetings, and trainings.

 

Job Brief


The ZoomGrants team is looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to assist in pursuing existing sales leads, actively seek out and engage new customer prospects, and onboard new clients.

 

ZoomGrants was founded in 2002 on the principles of supporting people, planet, and prosperity. Our online application and grant management system supports the distribution of grant funding from numerous state, county, city and other local government agencies, as well as private sector companies, foundations, and organizations administering online grant and scholarship programs.  ZoomGrants facilitates the entire application and grant management process while providing superior support and customer service both to and on behalf of our clients.


Responsibilities


The Customer Relationship Specialist will effectively demonstrate ZoomGrants and industry knowledge while providing ongoing administrator support as needed, leading demos, onboarding sessions, trainings, and provide recommendations for general program design and consultation to clients to ensure the success of their programs.

 

The Customer Relationship Specialist will demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and execute best practices and appropriate solutions to identify new customers and boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.


Customer Acquisition


  • Present, promote, and identify prospective customers (client partners)

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to customer leads through internal process, external lead process, and other methods

  • Provide remote and/or in-person product demonstrations for prospective customers (client partners)

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and provide weekly sales team status reports

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

  • Keep updated on best practices and promotional trends

  • Continuously improve through feedback


Customer Onboarding

  • Provide training for new customers, including product implementation and program customization

  • Assist with technical support questions from administrators as needed

  • Conduct training sessions for various user types


Experience, Skills, General Requirements

 

  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the organization via phone, video, email, and in-person as needed

  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Work effectively in a team and in a remote-working/individual setting

  • Experience and comfort utilizing or ability to quickly learn standard software solutions including, but not limited to, GSuite, CRM tools, and online presentation software

  • Laptop, cell phone, and a reliable internet connection to perform job responsibilities remotely

  • 2+ years of ZoomGrants administrative user experience OR equivalent grant management software experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Full-time availability is preferred, part-time employment will be considered

Our Benefits Package


Compensation commensurate with experience and proficiency ranging from $54,000 to $114,000 annually
