About the Role


We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing programs on search, social, partner sites, and make improvements to our company website. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own the execution of digital programs through multiple channels and create exceptional digital experiences that communicate Presto + Starburst’s value. You’ll partner with product & solution marketing to ensure web content is always up to date, and work with the alliances organization to ensure we’re showcasing our partners. You’ll have full ownership of our website, ensuring a great portrayal of the Starburst brand on all pages. You’ll also manage our SEO & SEM Strategy, alongside other digital advertising programs.This role reports to the Director, Demand Generation.


The ideal Digital Marketing Manager has 4-5+ years of direct hands-on experience planning, launching, and analyzing digital paid marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities


Website Management

  • Support product marketing and demand generation to make web content updates to help customers and optimize conversion rates

  • Manage and execute our SEO and SEM strategy

  • Create reports in Google Analytics to track website KPIs


Digital Program Management

  • Build and maintain paid marketing campaigns, including but not limited to paid social, paid search, display, and partner sponsorships

  • Manage remarketing and other targeted acquisition programs to capture and convert site visitors

  • Support strategy development and execution for digital ABM programs in coordination with event marketing and campaign marketing

  • Create and update performance dashboards; analyze campaign performance and make optimizations accordingly to drive closed-won business results


Social Channel Management

  • Manage our organic social and paid advertising strategy and execute engaging digital campaigns

  • Leverage existing content to create social content and digital campaigns that educate and drive engagement with our audience.

  • Interpret channel analytics and build a cadence of useful reporting for continuous optimization.



Qualifications


  • 4-5+ years of digital marketing experience working for a software company

  • Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Committed to engaging with and delighting customers

  • Proven relationship-building skills with sales teams

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Wordpress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Wistia, Drift)
