Do you enjoy working with your hands and variety in your day – all in a creative environment?  We are a growing full-service exhibit and design company who has an immediate opening for a Field Supervisor who will help bring our clients' trade show booths to life. The Field Supervisor works together with Account management team to manage all aspects of booth setup and execution on site for tradeshow/events. The Field Supervisor will be tasked with maintaining a high level of detail and quality in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with account management team to learn client properties.
• Pull and prep booths for upcoming shows and previews.
• Travel to shows for clients to supervise and aid in the setup and dismantle of tradeshow displays.
• New booth prep including but not limited to: initial booth setup, crate organization, crate inventory and labeling.
• Maintain and organize client properties while properties are being stored.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to the booth as necessary.
• General warehouse duties, organization and clean up.
• Checking return shipments for damage and to ensure all properties were returned.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of booth properties and exhibit materials.

• Ability to be organized, detail oriented and deadline focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with other employees.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent.
• General fabrication/building knowledge.
• Working knowledge of different trade show booth systems, a plus.
• Travel requirements 40-50%
