We are a full-service exhibit and design company who has an immediate opening for a Project Manager who will help bring our clients' trade show booths to life. The Project Manager works together with Sales, Account Management and Production to manage all aspects of our production process. The Project Manager will be tasked with maintaining a high level of detail and quality in a fast-paced environment. 


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of project estimates 
  • Obtaining quotes from approved outside vendors 
  • Maintain production folders and details for each project.
  • Work with Production team to eliminate any unforeseen issues with production or fabrication.
  • Monitor progress of project timelines with internal production team and external vendors.
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Confirm schedule for preview date and time when applicable.
  • Gain working knowledge of outside vendor components to aid in problem solving situations.
  • Setup and dismantle exhibits in house for previews, booth prep and inspections.
  • New booth prep including but not limited too initial booth setup, crate organization, crate inventory and labeling.
  • Maintain and organize client properties while properties are being stored.
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades to the booth as necessary.
  • General warehouse duties, organization and clean up.
  • Checking return shipments for damage and to ensure all properties were returned.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of booth properties and exhibit materials.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to be organized, detail oriented and deadline focused while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to advance knowledge of hand tools and confident in following plans/schematics for setups.
  • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with other employees.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of trade show booths, a plus.
  • Position requires good PC skills and the ability to learn new programs / procedures quickly.
