Looking for a Chief Operating Officer!
We’re on the lookout for an experienced producer and Chief Operations Manager to help out future projects! You’ll be a core and integral part of the Yacht Club Games team responsible for managing the development and schedule of all current games, while pushing new business forward. You’ll also be developing systems to better build products, run the company, and care for our team
Responsibilities
Manage and track internal and external game development projects
Create project schedules, maintain budgets, develop production plans, and provide supervision/support through game lifecycle
Work with team to scope and schedule game to meet game design and financial goals
Be an advocate both internally and externally for all lines of business
Provide leadership, inspire, and motivate the team to be at peak effectiveness
Solve pipeline issues to maximize efficiency and efficacy
Review legal redlines and contracts
Oversee recruiting and staffing as needed for projects
Assist in additional roles at the company as interested - included in all parts of game creation from business and marketing to art and design decisions
Qualifications
- Experience shipping multiple game projects as a producer
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Self-motivated and curious with a willingness to continue learning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
In tune with current industry trends
