What you'll do:

o Support the ultimate success of GrayMeta customers

o Manage the daily operations of assigned customers

o Become well versed in Customer Success best practices and processes

o Stay informed and knowledgeable regarding new releases

o Manage customer correspondence via phone, chat or email (as assigned or needed)

o Act as a liaison between the customer and escalate any feedback to drive continuous

improvement across all departments

o Partner with internal stakeholders to understand account activities, product development and customer needs

o Support the management, correspondence, resolution and closure of issues

o Create and maintain a high-level of cooperation and communication with other team members

o Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

o Bachelor's degree or two years' experience working directly with customers

o Strong interpersonal skills

o Excellent communication skills, both oral & written

o Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

o Strong customer focus

o Highly self-motivated; ability to navigate in an evolving environment

o Excellent follow through skills

o Detail-oriented, flexible & enthusiastic

o Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, while able to meet multiple priorities in a demanding environment

o Able to maintain confidentiality

o Excellent administrative & organizational skills
