The Business Systems Administrator/Developer is a role responsible for the overall operational and administrative success of the company through Identification, designing, building, testing and deployment of a variety of business applications with a heavy emphasis on Salesforce.com.
The successful candidate will not only administer the core business process strategies, but also be able to partner with stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships with all departments in the organization to add value by understanding and documenting requirements and proactively recommend process improvements, anticipate needs, and develop tools and automation on time and within budget. The candidate must have hands-on administration and configuration skills, the ability to handle first-level user support/training requests, and experience delivering advanced analytics.

Core Responsibilities:
o Provide first level support to the sales, marketing, sales operations and customer operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution/escalation
o Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and optimize user experience related to reports and dashboards
o Design and implement custom objects and advanced functionality, based on strategic initiatives and project roadmap
o Evaluate, recommend and implement third party solutions and app exchange packages based on business request or project needs

o Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
o Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure compatibility with existing development’
o Proven ability to design and implement new processes
o Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
o Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, functionality and scaling SFDC for a fast-growing organization


Qualifications:
o Knowledge of Sales, Service, and Analytics Clouds and Salesforce Communities (Partner and Customer)
o Experience administrating or integrating additional cloud applications Pardot, Steelbrick, etc.
o 4 + years of experience working with Salesforce.com as an Administrator
o Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
o Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification preferred
