Candidate sought for a senior client-facing position with a growing software company.Neota Logic allows people who are not programmers to build, test, maintain, and deploy applications. We are seeking an experienced self-starter looking to bridge technology and customer service in a growing company. This hybrid position requires teamwork and autonomous focus. The individual will be responsible for working on NLS applications, logic-based problem solving, and customer success. Responsibilities vary based on the business needs of each client, however key responsibilities are as follows:


Key Responsibilities:

-Understand how to consult with clients and ensure their business needs are me

-Learn the business needs of clients in a variety of subject areas, including law, tax, accounting and other

- Help clients create a digital product vision for using our platform – help them define product requirements and a deployment strategy

-Utilize the no-code platform to build applications that meet the needs of our client

-Prepare and deliver onsite instructor led training to clients in a workshop format

- Manage client relationships – deliver solutions for our clients within time and budgetary constraints, while understanding and managing client expectations

-Communicate client progress and needs – both to the client and to other teams within Neota Logic – and proactively gather client feedback

-Speak comfortably about Neota Logic’s products and how they could fit potential client needs

-Keep abreast of trends in client subject areas


Basic Qualifications:

· 4-6 years of Professional experience within a technical or consulting environment

· Experience in math, business, logic and/or programming

· Computer skills/technical background

· Bachelor’s degree
