As the eCommerce Associate Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving growth within Pet Honesty's largest channels. Account merchandiser duties will include supporting the day-to-day of the Pet Honesty eCommerce product offering and coordinating with the eCommerce team to achieve our high growth goals from a merchandising lens. A successful Associate Merchandiser should have a collaborative mindset, strong organizational and detailed-oriented approach, and project management skills, with the ability to execute independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate effectively with product, sales, and marketing teams to set the tone for the brand's eCommerce business across multiple platforms
- Own full merchandising responsibilities across eCommerce platforms, including international, to maintain consistent, accurate content and one brand message
- Report to the Sr. Manager of eCommerce and work closely to build and execute the plan
- Ensuring retailer compliance with merchandising strategies, confirming all product, content, and copy is published accurately
- Monitor and coordinate pricing across all marketplaces and stay in close contact with Sales to protect Marketplace accounts from listing issues caused by pricing inconsistencies
- Coordinating and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns
- Identify areas of opportunity to expand content, make recommendations, and partner with creative teams from project kick-off through execution
- Gathering information on market trends and customer's reactions to products
- Analyzing sales data: reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets
- Daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly reporting against KPIs
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1+ year of Merchandising/eCommerce experience
- Walmart Marketplace, Target+, and/or Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus
- Some familiarity in SEO to assist in executing on merchandising strategy
- Digital-first and data-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to establish and manage third-party partnerships for business needs

WORK LOCATION
It is highly desired for this position to be located at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX requiring you to live close to the office for meetings, etc. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees who work out of our corporate office can work remotely 3 days per week and are required to be in the office 2 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday). Consideration will be given to qualified candidates who are only available for remote work. However, travel to the corporate office will be required at least 1 or 2 times per month with compensation for reasonable and customary travel expenses.
