About Pet Honesty
At Pet Honesty, we believe every dog and cat deserves to feel their best, and we're on a mission to make that happen. We're a fast-growing leader in pet supplements, built on The Honest Difference®: clean ingredients with no hidden fillers, formulas validated by real science, and products pets actually love to take.
Our supplements are made without artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors, and free of fillers like corn, wheat, and soy. They are NASC-certified, made in FDA-registered U.S. facilities, and validated through clinical studies, independent in-home studies and post-production testing, so what's on the label is what's in the product.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, Pet Honesty has quickly become one of the most trusted names in pet wellness. In 2026 we expanded to Walmart stores nationwide, bringing us to nearly 13,000 retail locations, including Target, PetSmart, Petco, and Tractor Supply, alongside Amazon, Chewy, Walmart and Target.com and PetHonesty.com. We're also proud to be the Official Multivitamin Supplement of the American Kennel Club.
Innovation is in our DNA. Our Science and Health Advisory Council of veterinary and animal science nutrition experts guide every formula, and recent launches include award-winning dual-texture cat supplements, Brush Buddies for dogs, Cat Squeezables and patent-pending dental solutions for dogs. We give back, too: in 2026 we committed $1 million in product over two years to help dogs and cats in need.
If you want to do the best work of your career at a purpose-driven, high-growth company where your work helps pets live healthier, happier lives, Pet Honesty is the place. We craft our products with honesty and care, and we build our culture the same way.

Position Summary
The Amazon Operations Manager owns the business operations that keep Pet Honesty's Amazon account running: healthy, compliant, in stock, and set up to sell. This leader is our in-house Seller Central expert and stays at the forefront of Amazon's systems, tools, and beta programs, turning new capabilities into an advantage for the business.
The role owns the backend of the account: account health, cases, compliance, catalog and item setup, Brand Registry, storefront and test setup, pricing and promotions, and FBA inventory health and forecasting. It manages an Amazon Inventory Specialist who executes inbound shipments and inventory reimbursements. This role works in close partnership with the Amazon Growth team (SEO, optimization, and retention), Paid Media, Supply Chain, Finance, and Creative.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Seller Central operator who likes casework, catalog fixes, and inventory logistics, and who builds the processes, SLAs, and reporting that let a small team run a growing account with precision. This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Account Health, Cases & Compliance
- Own Account Health end to end, resolving policy warnings, listing violations, and performance notifications before they affect sales.
- Manage Seller Central cases and escalations from open to resolution, tracking turnaround and outcomes.
- Own Buy Box health, including listing suppression, unauthorized sellers, and MAP enforcement.
- Own compliance: product documentation, safety and category requirements, dangerous goods reviews, claims, and labeling.
Brand Registry & Brand Protection
- Lead Brand Registry across the full portfolio and make full use of its brand protection and enforcement tools.
- Partner with legal on trademark filings and keep infringement enforcement current for everything we have trademarked, domestically and internationally.
- Find and resolve counterfeit, hijacked listings, and IP violations.
- Work directly with Amazon's legal team to build out new beta programs that better support Pet Honesty and our IP.
Item Setup, Catalog & Storefront
- Own new item setup in Seller Central, including ASIN creation, parent/child variation builds, flat files, and attribute accuracy.
- Maintain catalog integrity across the full assortment: listing data, variation structure, and suppressed and stranded listings.
- Own Brand Store setup and maintenance in partnership with the Growth team.
- Ensure content accuracy and correct uploads across the catalog, making full use of every available listing field.
Seller Central Systems & Testing
- Serve as the team's expert on Seller Central and Amazon systems, staying ahead of new features, policy changes, and beta programs.
- Own test setup in the Amazon console (Manage Your Experiments) when needed. Test direction is from SQP, analytics, and keywords updates in partnership with SEO Lead.
- Partner with Amazon's SAS and SPRM teams to escalate issues, access new programs, and stay ahead of platform changes.
- Identify and enroll in beta programs that give us an edge, including faster delivery options such as one-day and same-day shipping.
Pricing & Promotions
- Lead pricing and promotion strategy in partnership with the Growth team, Paid Media, and Finance.
- Set up and maintain pricing, Coupons, Lightning Deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and event promotions (Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
- Execute Subscribe & Save settings and promotional pricing in line with the promo calendar.
- Protect pricing integrity and promotional margin with Finance.
Inventory, Forecasting & Shipments
- Own Amazon demand forecasting at the SKU level, incorporating seasonality, promotions, and growth initiatives.
- Own FBA inventory health: in-stock rate, weeks of cover, capacity limits, storage fees, and aged and excess inventory.
- Analyze one-day and same-day delivery eligibility by SKU, and position inventory so the right SKUs carry the fastest delivery promise.
- Oversee inbound shipments (FBA Send to Amazon), coordinating with Supply Chain, 3PLs, and freight partners on prep, labeling, and inbound compliance.
- Lead the reimbursement recovery process internally and with external partners, covering lost, damaged, and mis-received FBA inventory, fee overcharges, and return discrepancies, with dashboards tracking amounts claimed, recovered, and outstanding.
Team Leadership & Operating Rhythm
- Hire, train, and manage an Amazon Inventory Specialist (direct hire or outsourced partner) with clear queues, priorities, and service levels.
- Build SOPs, checklists, and a weekly operating rhythm so work is documented and repeatable.
- Report operational KPIs: Account Health rating, Buy Box percentage, in-stock rate, case resolution time, and reimbursements recovered.
