This is a hands-on marketing organization and requires an individual who is highly motivated and interested in learning by doing. This is a growth opportunity and reports to the Head of Marketing with a tremendous amount of exposure to the executive team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who applies that creativity to achieving results, enjoys complex problem solving, and thrives on managing and owning a project from beginning to end.


  • Own and manage the development and execution of content for demand generation, thought leadership and customer enablement programs, ensuring that it aligns with approved messaging

  • Manage the go-to-market process for product releases including messaging, collateral creation, internal/external training, positioning and packaging

  • Create, update, and maintain sales enablement tools required for all stages of the buyer’s journey (e.g sales decks, product brochures, ROI calculators, etc.)

  • Work with other teams in the organization including product, sales engineering, customer success etc. to coordinate and share insights

  • Become knowledgeable about Leadspace products with the ability to demo our product to customers, prospects and at industry events

  • Analyze the competitive landscape and develop tools to educate the team on key competitors, objection handling and value propositions


  • 5+ years experience in product marketing; sales enablement experience is a plus

  • B2B, SaaS high-growth experience is highly relevant

  • Advanced communication skills (including visual); demonstrable experience writing and creating content and enablement materials

  • Excited to work in a high-growth start-up with the ability to execute quickly and with precision in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment 

  • Solid qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM technologies and the demand generation function (our core target market) is a plus
